The heart of our property is the Estate House, a 3 bedroom | 2 bath home, originally built in 1940. The covered porch showcases the original hand carved door and brick fireplace. The interior boasts a fully remodeled open concept floor plan that flows from the light filled living room into the gourmet kitchen and dining area. French doors lead onto the deck, spa and sweeping views of the pool and grounds. The home is stylishly decorated and the soft, simplified color palette inspires a sense of calm and relaxation.

The living room features a comfortable seating area with a large picture window, decorative fireplace and full sightlines to the kitchen, dining room and backyard amenities. Curl up with a nice glass of wine and a book from our library, watch TV, play your favorite music on Sonos or chat with the chefs in the kitchen. Whatever strikes your fancy, this light-filled room is the perfect place to gather, sit back and unwind.

From cookware and kitchen tools to serveware and storage, we aim to provide guests with everything required to prepare a delicious home cooked meal. The fully stocked gourmet kitchen includes cooking essentials, gadgets, high quality knives, stainless steel appliances, gas range, granite counter tops and a large center island with farmhouse double basin sink. Enjoy meals at the custom reclaimed wood dining table that seats ten and the island bar that seats three. Double French doors open onto the deck, spa and sweeping views of the pool and grounds.

The Master Suite

Located in the back corner of the Estate House, the airy Master Suite features vaulted ceilings, large picture windows, an eastern king size bed and a serene color palette. The ensuite master bath has a large walk-in shower, double vanity and ample storage. French doors open from the bedroom onto a private deck and steps that lead down to the vegetable garden and pool. The master closet holds a queen size air mattress and bedding for additional sleeping space.

Each of the two Estate House guest rooms are comfortably appointed, have queen size beds and garden views. The middle bedroom has a side chair and floor space to accommodate a pack-n-play crib, which is stored in the closet. The corner bedroom has a seated vanity mirror and built-in closet storage space. Both guest rooms share the hallway bath, which has a full size tub, shower and additional built-in shelves for toiletries and towels.
