Located steps from The Estate House, and connected to the pool with a flagstone path, the Game Room & Cottage is a fully remodeled space designed to entertain and unwind. The Game Room houses activities for all ages, a wet bar and a comfy seating arrangement that converts into sleeping space for two individuals. The separate attached Cottage has two bedrooms, three beds, and a shared full bath. Both spaces lead onto a large deck and outdoor terrace where guests can doze in the hammock or dine al fresco with sweeping views of the grounds.

This expansive space holds a comfy lounge area, wet bar, freestanding gas fireplace and games galore. Designed with vaulted ceilings, double front carriage doors, and double back French doors, this airy space transitions to the outdoors. Chill your Sonoma finds in the wine fridge and sip your libations on the outdoor terrace with beautiful views of the grounds. Gather around the entertainment center to stream a movie or root for your favorite team on the massive 65” LED TV. When it’s time to turn in, the two loveseats convert to XL twin beds, suitable for kids and adults alike.

The Cottage

The Cottage has two guest bedrooms with separate entrances. Access the front guest room from the porch. This cozy space has a queen bed, built-in closet and covered outdoor seating area. Follow a lighted flagstone path around the cottage, or cross the Game Room Deck to access the back guest room. This spacious room has gorgeous views of the valley, a California king bed and an additional twin bed and pack-n-play crib stored in the large closet. Both bedrooms have seasonal window A/C units and share a full bath with a large walk-in rain shower.

Challenge friends and family to shuffle board on the high-end table, throw darts, face off on the foosball table, and set up cornhole in the front driveway.
