Policies & Additional Information
Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit of $1250 will be added to initial charges upon payment to cover any damage done to the property or excess cleaning needed after guests’ stay. Hold will be released 48-hours after completion of stay, however it may take a few days to show up depending on your bank’s policy.
Cancellation Policy
*Free cancellation up to 24-hours after booking confirmation.
*Cancel up to 60-days before check-in to get a full refund less administrative fee. Within 60-days we refund if another booking is secured to recoup the loss.
No Pets
While we adore our furry friends, we ask guests to respect our “No Pets” policy. If evidence of pets are found on the property guests may be restricted from future use and will incur an additional $300 pet fee to cover cleaning and damages.
Noise Ordinance
Strictly Enforced. Quiet hours are from 10pm - 8am which means no outside activity. The hot tub and pool are off limits during quiet hours. As a vacation rental we are not allowed to have amplified music outside at any time. If our neighbors can hear music then it is a violation under ordinance #4908. Noise complaints will result in forfeiture of deposit and immediate eviction. We respect our neighbors and do not allow late night parties.

Please note there are closely monitored security cameras on the outside areas of the property.
