The Estate House

Nestled in the Sonoma Valley Woodlands, The Fir & The Fig covers a span of one acre and features an assemblage of amenities, games and hidden treats for guests. Two major themes guided the conception of the estate. One was that the house should respect the original wine country architecture but be updated with modern conveniences, amenities and technology. The other was that it would be transformed into a retreat for guests, friends and family to gather and mingle, sip and cook, collaborate, read and create. We aimed for design and layouts that would reflect a decidedly cozy point of view that would make all feel welcomed. 

Game Room & Cottage

Adjacent to the Estate House, is the Game Room & Cottage. Let loose in the Game Room, unwind on the outdoor terrace, and recharge in the separate attached two bedroom, one bath Cottage. 

Poolside Cabana

Located by the pool and bocce court, the Poolside Cabana is a freestanding studio complete with a Murphy bed, wet bar, fridge, half bath and heated outdoor rain shower.

Private Pool & Spa

The Private Pool & Spa sit at the center of the estate. Float in the solar-heated in-ground swimming pool, lounge on the decks with your favorite book and relax under the shade of the fig tree in the luxury jetted spa.
